Principles of Theatre Practices

About the class

The course will introduce the student to the following technical areas: basic audio/visual and multimedia applications of a production, backstage etiquette, scenic styles and scene change choreography, lighting, sound, properties and costume. The class will also introduce the student to the business applications of entertainment technology, including job opportunities, unions and entrepreneurship.
